Yup, it’s withdrawal: Dreamed last night that I was covering a practice. Except it was at Hersheypark Arena. And Peter Worrell was there. It was really, really weird. Kind of disturbing. Especially because the season was just about over there, too. But I’ve said too much.
A night of rest in the American League. But Paula Abdul has already critiqued the second round. (That Jason kid doesn’t know from Neil Diamond? I fear for the future.) The second round commences in Chi Rosemont and Wilkes-Barre on Thursday. It continues in Salt Lake on Thursday, too. It’ll continue Friday in Portland.

Bill asked in the comments if the Worlds would be televised anywhere… Found this page which says they’re on something called the World Championship Sports Network in the United States. I guess. There seem to be online buying options if you’re so inclined. If anyone has seen something different, let us know.
