Robert “Bobby” Hughes, 22, of Milford, Conn., would have had to plead guilty to committing a third-degree criminal sex act in October 2008 under the offer from Albany County prosecutors. …
He was joined by his attorney, Robert Molloy, who said the deal was rejected because no criminal act occurred.
