Friday night notes

Nothing official on a call-up yet on defense. Stockton won in overtime tonight in Colorado — goals for Kirill Kabanov and Corey Trivino in regulation — and next plays Sunday in Bakersfield. Mike Dalhuisen would seem to be the logical candidate if and when it happens; all the contract guys were in the lineup tonight.

The Rampage didn’t go back to Chuck Weber; they instead went to Tom Rowe, former Albany River Rats coach, who’s back from Russia.

The Phantoms play tomorrow at Albany, but what the heck, while we’re here: future prescout. Adirondack has won five in a row, the most since the move to Glens Falls.

And finally, Utica… WINS! THEY WIN! (The Comets had been winless in 10 to start. An assist for Brandon DeFazio.)
