The Sound Tigers announced this afternoon that Kent Simpson is coming up from Stockton. Reportedly David Leggio’s got something minor. The team had today off after skating yesterday.
Simpson, acquired from Chicago in the Nick Leddy deal, played one game for Stockton after he was reassigned there Nov. 17. He won it 7-4, making 27 saves. Including his three games with Colorado (ECHL), he’s 2-2, stopping 130 of 145.
