Simpson up

Kent Simpson has been reassigned to Bridgeport from Stockton, the Sound Tigers announced tonight. Without reason given, but considering Kevin Poulin’s interruption of his Christmas break on Tuesday to back up Chad Johnson, perhaps Jaro Halak needs some more time, or perhaps it’s just precautionary. We may get more tomorrow, when Bridgeport will be back to work.
