Lashoff in, Conacher out: Syracuse pregame

Matt Lashoff has played seven games against Bridgeport in his AHL career, with a goal and two assists and 11 shots on goal. (Three of those games were in Bridgeport; one assist. The other two points both came in one game in 2006-07 at Providence.) In his other 305 AHL games, he has 41 goals and 108 assists for 149 points. So avoiding Bridgeport as an opponent, clearly, will help his points-per-game average. #analysis

Any points he can contribute in his Sound Tigers debut will help, because Bridgeport is without Cory Conacher (lower body) tonight. Sebastian Collberg and Justin Courtnall return; Kevin Czuczman is a healthy scratch for Lashoff, and there’s one more forward to come out. Scooter Vaughan was said to be a gametime decision, upper body. Edit: Vaughan is, indeed, out.
