Jumping smartly on the bandwagon, the Sound Tigers today announced a “DeflateGate” tie-in to go with Saturday’s already-planned football theme night: Donate your deflated football to the Cardinal Shehan Center, get $10 off a ticket Saturday.
All donated footballs will be inflated by a member of Tire Shak and donated to the Cardinal Sheehan Center in Bridgeport. Deflated basketballs, volleyballs, etc. will also be accepted, but must be in decent condition.
Fans can also bring their ticket stub from the game to Tire Shak, located in Ansonia, CT, for a free tire pressure check.
