Farjestad BK announced a two-year contract with John Persson this morning. His older brother Johan signed there as well earlier this offseason.
Persson heads home after three years and an ATO with 44 goals and 30 assists in 177 Bridgeport games, the franchise’s 23rd-leading scorer while tied for 17th in games played. We saw flashes of that player that, I think, he mentions he wants to be (“I hope to show me a little more than what is here”), but injury limited him at times, too.
