Markison signs: Monday notes

“Your goalie appears injured.” “No, no, he’s just really tall.” Classic.

The Sound Tigers seemed impressed by lots of little things about Colin Markison’s game, so it’s no great surprise to see that Markison has been signed to an AHL contract. He joins Jared Gomes as Bridgeport’s first two AHL signings for next year.

Meanwhile, Arthur Staple confirms that Miks Indrasis will come to camp with the Big Club.

Finally got something on the right side of this table: Sheldon Keefe gets the Marlies job. (We’ll likely add to the left side on Tuesday when Jeff Blashill gets the call.)
