–Hartford made cuts, which included locally tied Alex Vazzano (who’s signed with Greenville (ECHL)) and Luke Curadi. Forgot to mention it last night, but it was surreal to see Adam Tambellini, 6-foot-3 forward, on the ice. Remember him as a kid hanging out with his older brother.

–The league sent a note to media saying that the standings this year will always reflect points percentage, not straight-up points. Really just a change in ranking — at the end of the year, it won’t matter, except in the Pacific — but just so you know.
