Sometimes hard to read the theme of practice from outside the glass, but sure seemed like a “let’s not turn the thing over” kind of day. “Our team, we’ve got a strong, big team,” Brent Thompson said. “I’d like to take advantage of the size we have — and the guys who aren’t big are fast — I think we need to do a better job of puck protection.”
