RIP, Frenchie Veilleux

He was a fixture at Sound Tigers games, up in Section 105 or 106, telling stories, sharing laughs, cadging a set of game notes.

He was a Bridgeport Home Oiler, one of the semi-pro hockey players who opened Wonderland and settled in the area.

Bobby “Frenchie” Veilleux, whose name turns out to be Clermont, died Thursday. Condolences to his family and many friends at the barn.
