Divver: Naclerio to Providence (across town)

Sound Tigers didn’t skate this morning. They’ll be back on tomorrow. But a local joined one of their playoff rivals: Mark Divver reports that Milford’s Mark Naclerio will be signing with Providence for next year, and he’ll be with the P-Bruins the rest of this year on an ATO. He was a captain at Brown the past two seasons. (Finally met him last summer in Stamford.)

One game remains in the Bridgeport-Bruins season series, and it’s the last game of the season, April 17 at Harbor Yard.

The biggest Bridgeport signing today at Harbor Yard came out of the ballpark: ex-Mets outfielder Endy Chavez to the Bluefish.
