The Big Club announced a two-year ELC for Northeastern captain John Stevens, a forward who scored five goals and 23 assists for Jim Madigan’s Huskies this season and played with his younger brother. His dad of the same name is Los Angeles’ associate coach and coached the Flyers and Philly Phantoms.
Awaiting official word, but would imagine Stevens starts here on an amateur tryout.
(Stevens went from Salisbury to Dubuque (USHL), and gee, I wonder if any other coach’s son has ever done that…)
