Napa & Co is thrilled to welcome celebrity Chef Elizabeth Falkner to showcase her creative genius with pizza, wines most perfect pairing. All wines will be paired with one of Sonoma’s leader in red wines, Valley of the Moon Winery. The family style cocktail event will include all you can eat pizza, endless wine and samples from Napa & Co.’s summer menu by Chef Adam Truelove.

Owner of Napa & Co, Mary Schaffer, said she chose this charity because she has a daughter severely impacted by special needs and looks to this organization as a compass to guide her through the obstacles she has crossed.
Chef Falkner is one of the culinary world’s most recognizable chefs and a leader in the culinary scene. She is perhaps best known for her stellar performance in multiple culinary performances, including, Next Iron Chef, Redemption, Iron Chef America, Super Chefs, Food Network’s Challenge, and as a contestant on Bravo’s, Top Chef Masters. In addition to competing, Falkner has also acted as a judge on several network shows including Bravo’s, Top Chef Just Desserts, Top Chef Masters and Top Chef.
“I’ve enjoyed a long relationship with Valley of the Moon winery and I thought it would be fun to pair these California wines with pizza,” and the combinations she is considering sound delicious. On tap is a ”Finnochio Flower Power,” which will feature fennel, aged Provolone cheese, Pecorino and finished with fennel pollen. Another is a “Smokey Bro”…but you will need to attend the event to enjoy this combination of smoky-spicy” says Chef Falkner. Mary Schaffer, owner of Napa & Co, adds, “The ability to team these two chefs to celebrate the California lifestyle of great food and wine was a perfect match…who doesn’t love pizza and wine!”
