Ramen to the Rescue

My college alumni magazine recently interviewed me along with a few other alumni in the food world and asked us to create interesting recipes using foods we used to eat in the dorms. Ramen noodles, peanut butter, tuna…you get the idea. Here are the recipes each of us came up with… my Sesame Noodles with Chicken turned out delicious and is a far cry from anything I ever concocted in my dorm room! Enjoy!
