Maybe it was the two and a half months trapped underground, or perhaps rescued Chilean miner Edison Peña always was a blue-collar guy just waiting for the chance to unleash his inner Elvis. Whatever the case, Peña charmed “Late Show” host David Letterman and a national TV audience Thursay by belting out his own rendition of Presley’s “Suspicious Minds.” Watch:
Apparently Peña used to sing to himself to pass the time while waiting to be rescued. He seems none the worse for his ordeal!
