It is really a very sad day for sports. Can you imagine the athletes who came in 2nd place realize that their moment of glory was stolen from them. Can you imagine how the one who won must have felt. Jubilation yet the sense that something awful happened and that he was the one behind it. As one of the previous commentaries suggested that everyone is doing it is just not correct. Their are many who work hard to win it fair and square. I had 2 relatives not in cycling but in the olympics and they did nothing of the sort. They trained hard everyday and competed just was not the winner. If you are innnocent you will not surrender no way no how. I smell a rat but then again I have always smelled a rat. Personally I have lost interest in sports from this travesty. My friends have long said it is only a matter of time before he surrenders. I guess they were right.
Problem is he took over 500 tests and never failed. The usada tested him and harressed him until he walked away and then said see he admits guilt. I will never watch another bicycling race ever. Not the Tour de France or olympics. Armstrong is innocent til proven guilty ooopppssss were talking about spots. He is guilty guilty guilty we don’t we need proof we just need to say so.
SAD,SAD,SAD!!!! I have no clue whether or not he is guilty, but I’ve had my bubble burst by the likes of Mark McGuire and Marion Jones already. I know it must be terribly tempting to chemically enhance your performance, but where does it end? How unfair that previous record-holders lose their honestly-earned claims to someone operating outside human capabilities via artificial means. When the trust is gone, so is my excitement over your accomplishments…
Are people stupid? They all are on drugs. Every single athlete at that level. They only chase the ones the win that is it. In most sports they leave an open window where you can do it until the match day or they give you a schedule of when they are going to do it. Example boxing, in amateur you give a blood test why because they can test if you took HGH. Professional they give you a urine test why, so you can use HGH. Wake up people you think that Barry Bonds was the only one on steroids? What do you think of the pitchers that were throwing 100 miles an hour. this guys are still elite athletes, they used something illegal made them better. But dont tell me the guy who came in last place wastn using them either. Or they test everyone or they dont period.,

I believe he was doping all along. I’ve never seen anything coming from Armstrong to indicate otherwise, and I find it impossible to believe that if doping was epidemic within the cycling community he was the lone stand-out. Furthermore, giving up the fight is admitting his guilt. If you are innocent you fight to the last breath, regardless of what it might cost you.
