Ordinary People is a classic, Raging Bull is also a great picture. That is a tough call. I dont know if this is considered a screw up. If they were in different years for the nominations, both actors and films would have won. Robert Deniro and Joe Pesci and Martin Scorcese are this generations definition of film entertainment. Raging Bull is a great picture and I am sure its not for everyone, but its for the real film lovers. Great adaptation to the true story.

Diane Lane was amazing in this picture. As well as Richard Gere. They have a wonderful chemistry in the few films they have done together. This script is so relevant and true to many relationships in this day and age. Diane Lane is so well known and if you look at her history, she hasnt been in tons and tons of films, dont get me wrong, she has been in many films, but she is so well known because of her natural talent. She deserves any award she is nominated for in the past present and future films.

Diane Lane was amazing in Unfaithful. The film was also amazing. She is so natural and obviously gorgeous. GOD Bless Josh Brolin. You are also a great actor. I can watch Unfaithful a million times more than the million I already have. Definite mistake not to win the award at the time. Film of the decade, at least one of them
