It has been over 50 years since the literary lawyer Atticus Finch defended Tom Robinson in a fictionalized version of Monroeville, Alabama, and now things are once again heating up in the courthouse in the tiny southern Alabama town. This time the Monroe County’s Old Courthouse Museum is facing civil litigation from “To Kill a Mockingbird”
