The middle chair (in an upstairs boardroom at CIAC HQ) is where New Canaan coach Lou Marinelli sat when he squashed a plan that would repeal the “Score Management” policy a few months back.
Bow.
Bow before the throne.
(Important Note: That dissected world on the wall is NOT a prop)

I sat next to a bunch of NC players and coaches at the Masuk/Hand game ,my guess is he was the loud pompus one.figures….
You’d think they’d have nicer chairs…
Looks like Western Connecticut finally found their next coach:

@Pat McGroin.
Oh,you again…kidding ,I thought the same thing, I’ve sat in better conference rooms(with nicer chairs) in grammar school .Are those folding tables? I don’t get the “dissected world” wall hangers.
Power doesn’t need nice chairs to be exercised.
@anotherfan – I was with Coach Marinelli watching the Hand vs Masuk game at Uncle Joe’s restaurant on a laptop computer… and I saw your posts in the other article – clearly you don’t know Lou because you have no idea what you are talking about, not to mention that NC played at East Haven and the game ended an hour before that game started – so you weren’t sitting near any NC players, by the time that game probably just started, NC was arriving home on the bus…
Is it too early to talk fciac preseason contenders? Looking like Staples,Darien & Ridgefield are fairly reloaded…
Who sat next to him ? Filapone & Petroccio?
@#6.I saw them there(about 10 of them)High school aged and older guys.Who eles would ware bright red jackets that had big letters that said NC FOOTBALL?duh
@fciac fan
Could you be more specific about what I don’t know? Maybe you can help me to learn more. You must have great knowlege if you realy are a bed fellow with the one and only.Did he buy? Or did you. My second guess would be you,my 1st guess may be wrong about who was the head coach at the Hand /masuk game, but it did seem obvious.
Who cares about Western Connecticut football…Big time football eh?
would that dissected world more accurately be described as bisected? just a question. love the football boards and cannot wait for this season… thank you SPB for adding value to my fall!
