Swimmers dive in at the start of the Boys 8 & Under 25 SC Meter Freestyle in the 60th Annual Fairfield County Swimming League Championship Finals at Roxbury Swim & Tennis Club.
It’s rare that we get the chance to shoot a sporting event from an enterprising angle. I took that opportunity today and shot the standard racing images and then pulled out the wide angle. It’s not like it’s never been done before, but it’s always fun to mix it up. We call this the “Hail Mary” shot, placing the camera at water level, pushing the button and praying!
Nice shot. Reminiscent of Picasso’s Blue Period.
