Shot this today for a feature on craft butchers. I’ve photographed butchers before, but seeing the skinned carcasses never fails to shock me a little.

Is that a zombie lamb??? I KNEW it!
Funny how we can eat just about anything we dont have to see while alive, or killed or skinned. Why is that?
I think this photo may bump up the vegetarian population.
But lamb is so delicious.
