While photographing the goings-on at the frozen Gorham’s Pond in Darien I happened to see this adorable sight:
Mimi Sue Novak, 8, gets a pull from Millie as she skates on Gorham’s Pond in Darien on Saturday, January 27, 2013.
While I can’t say I enjoyed standing on a frozen pond (seems crazy!) I did enjoy watching Millie give Mimi Sue a bit of a boost!
Also, many thanks to Mr. Petersen who helped me haul my photo equipment up the steep embankment! Without him I’d probably still be there.
