Milford will have a Restaurant Week

|

My friend Priscilla Lynn, a public relations ace, came up with the Steps program a few years ago to get us all walking and healthier.

Her latest idea, as president of the Downtown Milford Business Association is also great: the city’s first Restaurant Week.

OK, it’s kind of a mixed message, but if you’ve been participating in the Steps program or keeping fit, you can definitely enjoy this. Milford has some great restaurants — old favorites and hot new spots too.

Be sure to check them all out. Here’s some more information, from the event’s web site:

The Milford Chamber of Commerce, Inc. the Downtown Milford Business Association, and local restaurants are excited to announce the first annual Milford Restaurant Week, Monday, October 7 to Sunday, October 13, presented by First Niagara Bank.

Sponsoring Restaurants include: Bin 100 Restaurant, Bridge House Restaurant, Colony Grill, Gusto Trattoria Italian Restaurant, Indigo by the Water, Milford Green Pizza & Restaurant, Scribner’s Restaurant, Stonebridge Restaurant, and SBC Restaurant & Brewery.
