Yep, I was pretty appalled when I noticed that he was wearing a type IV on his back. Big no-no for sure!
The guy in the red hat is wearing a Type IV PFD (boat cushion) on his back – a big no-no. If he went overboard, he would float face down. Not good for breathing.
It’s definitely not smart to drive with a person in your way! The thing I’m looking for has to do with the PFDs, though.
