New York was the place to be for sailing this weekend. Westchester, anyway. As Larchmont and American Yacht Clubs hosted two major regattas, around 200 boats sailed on three courses on Western Long Island Sound. The regattas: The Heineken High Performance Dinghy Open (HPDO) and The Storm Trysail Intercollegiate Offshore Regatta.
