Greenwich sailor Andrew Fisher came out on top of the 13-boat Sonar fleet at the Sperry Topsider St. Pete NOOD Regatta this weekend. Winning his class was not a surprising feat for the seasoned sailboat racer, but being the overall winner of the 125-boat regatta was especially impressive. Sailing World’s NOOD regatta circuit visits a handful of sailing hotspots around the country, the best performer at each regatta being given a free bareboat charter week in the British Virgin Islands.
