That’s what an orthodox Jewish journal claims:
Almighty G-d Saves Jewish People From Secular Tyranny
Faithful Jews See Liberal Leaders Struck Down in the N.Y. Senate
FLUSHING, N.Y., Dec. 3 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ — Faithful Jews witnessed the saving power that Hashem displayed in the New York Senate, and the Orthodox Jewish communities realized His awesome power, affirming their faith in Hashem and in the Torah of Moses, His servant.
Zeh, an Orthodox Jewish-owned journal of culture, along with the community of faithful Jews, set out to give proper praise to Hashem, and said, for the record:
“We’re singing to Hashem, the Greatest of the great. The entire New York power base, and its leaders, He threw into the deep.
“G-d’s might, and His cutting-off, was a salvation for us. This is our G-d, and we will glorify Him, the G-d of our fathers, and we will uplift Him.”
The defeat of the same-sex marriage bill in New York, a stronghold of secular humanism, shatters the myth that it’s wise or proper to set aside one’s religious beliefs in order to meaningfully decide matters of state.
By their vote, the New York Senate affirmed the Divine nobility in every human being. Every person is created in the image of G-d, but not every instinct or impulse a person feels is holy. There is a clearly defined standard that the Almighty G-d holds every human being accountable to upholding.
With the Torah that was given to the Jewish nation, Hashem the Almighty also gave the authority of the interpretation of the Seven Laws of Noah, a universal legal, moral and spiritual code (summarized in “Genesis”, chapter 9) that applies to all people at all times..
According to the Seven Laws of Noah, people who engage in homosexual conduct are doing the wrong thing…
Actually, all Genesis, chapter 9 says on the subject is:
7 And you, be ye fruitful, and multiply; bring forth abundantly in the earth, and multiply therein.
Hardly a complete condemnation of homosexual conduct.
Fundamentalists of all religions, including mine, should not be encouraged when they stray.
