That’s what Linda McMahon says in an ad. And it’s true. Chris Murphy vote for Obamacare, which cuts Medicare payments over time by an estimated $716 billion dollars.
But the Affordable Care Act rolls back payment rates for hospitals and insurers. It does not, however, change the basket of benefits that patients have access to.
Medicare benefits to patients are unchanged. Only hospitals and insurers are cut back!
