Steve Katz, B.A., MBA, JD,LLM,CPA, is the President of Sterling Care LLC, a local independently owned home health agency based in Greenwich, Connecticut. Steve is a versatile and accomplished operations and general management executive and has advised a variety of healthcare, technology, financial and manufacturing clients. Steve currently serves on the boards of a number of not-for-profit and civic organizations.
Stephanie Paulmeno, MS, RN, NHA is the Director of Clinical Services for Sterling Care LLC, a local independently owned home health agency based in Greenwich, Connecticut. Stepahnie is also the CEO of Global Health Systems Consultants, LLC a management consulting firm serving health care agencies and facilities. Stephanie has worked as an Administrator in several Fairfield County, Connecticut nursing homes and was the Director of Nursing for the Nathaniel Witherell Nursing Home in Greenwich. For the last 7 years Stephanie worked as the Community Health Planner for the Town of Greenwich. Stephanie serves on a number of civic and health care related commissions and boards.
