This makes me very sad to know that our country treated this woman and her child like this. I worry about this doctor who gives himself this medicine and think that this can not be to good. It seems that when children are involved in the proceedings of the Swedish Criminal Courts it always turns out in favor of the legally stronger part. Normally it is the woman that has the upper hand in custody hearings or abuse cases. But since she was a stranger to Sweden she lost the battle before it began. This truly saddens me as a Swede. First of all I strongly object to custody being awarded to the ex-husband in this case. Hardly a suitable parent with the track record he has when it comes to alcohol and drugs. This should have been appealed to the higher court Hovrätten.
