HABANA: 245 HOPE STREET, STAMFORD

ABOVE: Self explanatory. Quattro Regali moves to 401 Shippan. Habana, formerly of SoNo moves in.

Owner Lushe Gjuraj, whose family also owns Parkway Diner, Spazzio and Lushe’s SoNo Diner (located in the former Habana spot), said Habana should open next weekend and will feature the same menu as it did it Norwalk.

  1. And Peter, yeah, I think it is “merging” with Spazzio.

  2. Hahaha. Sorry.

    A) I was interrupted in the middle of this to run out to shoot something else and just hit ‘publish.’

    B) I drive past 245 Hope several times a day and just took it for granted that you might not know where it was.

Hey Talk, it’s on Hope Street, kind of across from Hope Pizza. Used to be Quattro Pazzi.

  4. I am molto confused.
WHERE is this Habana going to be?
Where is this dinky building in the photo?

I like Habana. Pricy but spicy!

Is Quattro Regali merging with Spazio?

You read it here first. Someone answering the phone at Coalhouse pizza said it expects to open next week in Bulls Head Shopping Center. How long will it take for Stamford Pizza Tour to trash it?
