Chef Demos at Chowdafest

|

For the first time Chowdafest will be hosting cooking demos, and thanks to OmNomCT we know the lineup.

You may have read about Stamford’s Hunter Zampa in Culture Cache, or you may have seen him on Food Network back in December. At 13, Hunter won Food Network’s special teen edition of “Chopped.” Now, he has his own cooking demo at Chowdafest – OmNomCT says he will be cooking Spinach Potato Leek Dip.

Hunter on Food Network:

Pietro Scotti of DaPietro’s in Westport will also be making a soup.
