The ladies behind local food blog CTBites.com are releasing a book of Fairfield County recipes on April 15. The book, Fairfield County Chef’s Table, written by Amy Kundrat with photography by Stephanie Webster, is being published by Globe Pequot Press, and provides food lovers with a chance to peek into the beloved recipes of Connecticut’s Gold Coast.
