Chef Bill Taibe, Owner of The Whelk and Le Farm, is opening a new restaurant this summer according to food site, CTBites. The Japanese-Chinese fusion restaurant will open at the old Bistro 88 space in Bridge Square in Saugatuck.
“Imagine The Whelk…but Asian,” Taibe told CTBites. “There will be a small bar and a communal table much like The Whelk experience,” the site says.
Aside from owning two restaurants in Westport, Chef Bill Taibe has worked with Martha Stewart and participated in food events around Connecticut. Take a look at some if his culinary accomplishments:
