That's a tough spot for a place that doesn't deliver. Chef Luis couldn't make it more than a few months, and he had a good reputation going in there. I've had Jake's before and wasn't impressed enough to think that others will make this a destination stop. I can't believe there's enough foot traffic alone to keep a burger place open there. OG is such a great community with the last of the neighborhood feel in Greenwich. We love to stay, eat, shop and play here. As for Dunkin Donuts...there are a lot of empty store fronts in OG and across town....it will be nice to see a tenant. While I would prefer it not be a chain with really loud colors, it's not the worst thing to happen. There are already several excellent coffee and breakfast food options in the neighborhood - I say good luck with that plan. There is only one place to get bagels in the area and it's Upper Crust.
