It’s exciting to have local theater this good show and strut its stuff. Why spend big bux in NYC amidst highfalutin snobs? Yes, you get a good show every time, but everything is so beefed up that you have to make a great effort to enjoy anything they put out. Don’t even get me started on the exorbitant train fare on Metro-North. It’s all good. Hartford theater, the Shubert, even the Playhouse in Bridgeport are all decent. I’m not complaining, just full of high praises.
