Before you judge the author as greedy, read it. It is not a scathing tell-all, it's mostly very complimentary to Martha. Watch Martha's daughter's show, "Whatever", on cable to see how she feels about her. It's very apparent that something is wrong in their relationship. I'm glad this book was written; it completes the story and deconstructs what was left of Martha's carefully constructed veneer. I read this book and it has the ring of truth to it.
