Monday, July 7

7 p.m. – Zoning Board of Appeals (New Canaan Nature Center – River Room)

7:30 p.m. – Utilities Commission (New Canaan Nature Center – Brooks Room)

Commissioners will be discussing the latest updates on the town’s natural gas and cell service projects.

7:30 p.m. – Board of Education (New Canaan High School – Wagner Room)

The board Monday will review the YMCA’s latest to request to use part of the Saxe Middle School field as part of the facility’s renovations. Other topics to be discussed tonight include enrollment, staffing, the Teacher Evaluation and Professional Learning (TEPL) and the Leader Evaluation and Professional Learning (LEPL).

 

Tuesday, July 8

9 a.m. – Board of Selectmen (New Canaan Police Department)

The board is scheduled to vote on the appointment of the three regular members and two alternate members for the newly established Audit Committee. Among other items, the selectmen also will be discussing a proposed settlement of litigation concerning asbestos and the New Canaan High School building project.

11 a.m. – Pension Committee (New Canaan Police Department)

7:30 p.m. – Board of Finance (Lapham Center – Douglass Room)

7:30 p.m. – Fire Commission (New Canaan Police Department)

 

Wednesday, July 9

2 p.m. – Public Tree Board (Lapham Center – Art Room)

7:30 p.m. – Park & Recreation Commission (Lapham Center – Douglass Room)

 

Thursday, July 10

8:45 a.m. – Health & Human Services Commission (Vine Cottage)

8 p.m. – Parking Commission (Lapham Center – Douglass Room)
