AP UPDATE:Son killed his mother in their home before going on shooting spree.
Police have confirmed there is a second scene in Newtown, where a body was found.
No other information was given by spokesman Lt. J. Paul Vance.
Police surrounded a home on Yogananda Street, believed to be owned by the shooter’s mother.
According to reports, police raided the home. At least 15 squad cars were on the scene. The home is reportedly owned by Nancy and Peter Lanza.
