The incumbent Richard Moccia has given an acceptance speech after being named the unofficial winner of the Norwalk mayoral race. Unofficial results showed Moccia with 53 percent of the vote and Garfunkel with 47 percent.
In a victory speech, Moccia said he was humbled to become only the second mayor in city history to be elected to a fourth term.
