P-Finder into market 1DANBURY — A Nissan Pathfinder crashed into a corner of Halas Farm Market on Pembroke Road this morning, inflicting minor damage to the building.

City police and firefighters along with emergency medical technicians responded to the market on Route 37 at about 7:40 a.m. to find a green Pathfinder crashed into the northeast corner of the building.

The woman driving the vehicle later reported leg pain and a child in the vehicle reported shoulder pain, according to police radio dispatches.

The crash popped a tire on the Pathfinder, deployed its airbags and caused moderate front-end damage to the vehicle. The SUV, travelling south on Route 37, apparently jumped the curb, took down a sign warning of an imminent curve in the road and also scattered a few pumpkins on its way into the market.
