Sandy Hook man arrested

NEWTOWN  – A 26-year-old Sandy Hook man is facing violation of probation charges stemming from a July 2 incident.

Justin L. Gaynor, of Alberts Hill Road, Sandy Hook turned himself in to Newtown Police on Thursday on a warrant for probation violation. He was released on $2,500 bond with a court date of Aug. 7 in Superior Court in Danbury.

Gaynor was on probation from a May 27 conviction in Danbury Court on a charge of evading responsibility/property damage stemming from a Dec. 12, 2013 accident.
