It’s not the last or the penultimate but tonight’s UConn-Louisville game is the quintulimate (just made that up) men’s basketball game at Freedom Hall. Next year the Cardinals move into a new downtown arena.
Looks like it’s going to be a good crowd, as is typical for the building. We’ll see if it’s a good game.
Both teams need the win badly.
No sign of Jim Calhoun. Also no sign of Rick Pitino’s white suit. The fans already here are clearly disappointed on both counts.
