Stamford High plans special activities for Thanksgiving game

|

The Stamford High Athletic Council is sponsoring a drive for The Foodbank of Lower Fairfield County at the Black Knights’ Thanksgiving Day game with Westhill at Boyle Stadium. Any one who brings a canned good will get a dollar off admission to the game.

It is also the 75th anniversary of the building of Boyle Stadium. There will be a small ceremony before the game honoring the stadium. Dante Chicatelle, the oldest living Black Knight, who played on the 1932 team, will toss the coin at the start of the game.

All Stamford alumni are invited to the Kuczo gym, starting at 9 a.m., for coffee and donuts and to meet with current Stamford High students.
