Your finalists are: the Staples boys basketball, St. Joseph boys basketball, Westhill girls basketball, Stamford girls basketball, Trinity Catholic boys hockey, New Canaan girls hockey, Fairfield Ludlowe wrestling and Wilton gymnastics teams.

Because of the weather, we are starting the contest Friday and will end the vote this week at noon on Tuesday.

The winner will get our T-shirts and a plaque, courtesy of BlueStreak Sports Training, Garden Catering, the Stamford Advocate, Karl Chevrolet, Innovative Health and Rehabilitation, New Balance of New Canaan, Riko’s Pizza, Mitchells/Richards, Bobby Valentine’s Sports Gallery Cafe, Voice of an Angel and Dr. Brown’s Baby Products.

The Wreckers defeated Wilton and then handed Westhill its first league loss.

The Cadets had big wins over Norwalk and Bridgeport Central to run their win streak to nine games.

The Vikings ended Danbury’s 37-game regular-season win streak and then defeated Staples for their 13th straight win.

The Black Knights followed a key road win over Ridgefield by defeating New Canaan.

The Crusaders defeated Watertown/Pomperaug and then Stamford, 2-1, to clinch the city championship.

The Rams defeated Greenwich and then Simsbury on a last-second goal to remain unbeaten at 16-0.

The Falcons defeated Warren Harding, 64-12, and set a team record with 25 regular-season wins.

The Warriors scored a season-high 138.55 points in a tri-meet to remain unbeaten at 12-0.

The voting is open until noon on Tuesday. So vote below and check back to find out who is this week’s Overtime FCIAC Team of the Week.
