Final 5: Vote for the Overtime Team of the Week

We have five teams coming off of strong performances on the menu for the Overtime FCIAC Team of the Week vote.

Your finalists are: the Trinity Catholic boys basketball, Wilton boys basketball, Fairfield Ludlowe cheerleading, Ridgefield boys hockey and Darien boys hockey teams.

This is the final weekly vote for the winter season.

The winner will get our T-shirts and a plaque, courtesy of BlueStreak Sports Training, Garden Catering, the Stamford Advocate, Karl Chevrolet, Innovative Health and Rehabilitation, Riko’s Pizza, Mitchells/Richards, Bobby Valentine’s Sports Gallery Cafe, Voice of an Angel and Dr. Brown’s Baby Products.

The Crusaders reached the Class L quarterfinals with wins over Warren Harding and E.O. Smith.

The Warriors reached the Class L quarterfinals with wins over Wethersfield and Maloney.

The Falcons became the first team to win the FCIAC and state championships in the same year.

The Tigers reached the Division I semifinals with wins over Greenwich and Xavier.

The Blue Wave reached the Division I semifinals with wins over South Windsor and St. Joseph.

The voting is open until noon on Wednesday. So vote below and check back to find out who is this week’s Overtime FCIAC Team of the Week.
