Schiff is peeved that the AV equipment in the convention hall malfunctioned right as he was about to show a 3-minute video produced by his campaign.
Each candidate was allowed two nominating speeches and a video.
Schiff said party leaders told him he could show his video after the balloting.
A lot of good that will do.
Schiff said he thought he had the 15 percent heading into the convention, but was dismayed that a number of his pledged delegates bailed on him.
“I thought I was before, but now it doesn’t look like it,” he said of getting the 15 percent.
