Republican gubernatorial candidate Tom Foley has scheduled a 1 p.m. news conference in Hartford Monday to discuss his plans on whether he will contest his apparent 5,637-vote loss to Democrat Dannel Malloy.
| Foley will discuss the election irregularities that he and Republicans found over the weekend. The event will be held in the lobby of Goodwin Place, 225 Asylum Street.
